In some special cases we also offer to take over project management tasks at the donors’ request. This could range from helping running existing projects successfully to identifying and assessing good projects to support or to planning new initiatives. This service addresses mainly foundations based outside Germany or those being too small to employ their own staff but too big to allow the donor to run and manage everything on his/her own.
