Personal talks are a key instrument of our work. Individual consulting gives us an opportunity to analyse and answer all your questions and design a package of measures tailored to your wishes and possibilities.
We will accompany you and provide support on nearly all questions and concerns arising on your way to or as an active philanthropist: from developing your personal vision, goals and a giving strategy that fits all these aspects to comprehensive field research and assessing and recommending a variety of projects. We will help you draw up your individual roadmap and schedule for your journey through the land of philanthropy at your request.
Individual consulting will touch upon the following questions and issues:
Identification of the appropriate giving vehicle and organisational structure, for instance
- whether to set up a foundation or give through donations
- whether to participate in existing foundations/other organisations
- whether to give by collaborative grantmaking, e.g. in form of giving circles
- how to involve the family in the giving strategy
Focus and strategy of philanthropic engagement, for instance
- mission and vision of a donor
- strategic positioning
- resource allocation
- identification of projects and potential partners for cooperation
- monitoring of projects
For individual consultancy contracts, we aim to work in cooperation with partners or organisations in our clients' home country to provide them with the best local and international expertise.
